We are currently seeking a Middle School Teacher, certified to teach in Ontario. The ideal candidate will be committed to inquiry-based learning and will enjoy working as part of a team. While PYP/MYP training would be considered an asset, it is not required.

Salary Range: $60,000-$75,000
Location: Toronto, Hybrid
The Position: The Executive Assistant (EA) provides comprehensive, high-level administrative support to the Head of School and Chief Operating Officer (COO), facilitating their ability to effectively lead business and school operations. The EA is a “trusted partner” role, focused on professional integrity and support of strategic objectives.
Specific Accountabilities:
- Executive Administration: Manage calendaring, compose and prepare professional correspondence, track deadlines
- Governance Support: Oversee document management for the Board of Directors and its Committees, liaise with Directors, minute taking
- Data Management: Have an understanding of how to manage data and extract useful information from it, along with strong financial acumen
- Information Management: Act as first point of contact for triaging requests, maintaining digital filling and follow-up system for action items
Qualifications
- 5–7 years of progressively responsible experience in an executive support capacity.
- Technical Mastery: Expert proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office (specifically advanced Excel for data analysis).
- Future-Ready: High familiarity with AI productivity tools (specifically Gemini) to optimize workflows and document creation.
- Discretion: Proven ability to manage highly sensitive and confidential information with absolute professional integrity.
- Agility: A demonstrated ability to juggle competing priorities and navigate a fast-paced environment with confidence.

The Leo Baeck Day School seeks an enthusiastic, creative, and patient Elementary Technology Teacher to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Curriculum Development: Design and deliver engaging, hands-on technology lessons tailored to K-5 students.
- Foundational Skills: Teach basic computer skills and internet safety/digital citizenship.
- Innovation & STEM: Introduce early concepts of block-based coding and educational robotics.
- Tech Integration: Collaborate with teachers to seamlessly integrate technology into core subjects like math, science, and literacy.
