Students at Leo Baeck learn about art movements within the greater context of global history and historical change. But, above all else, they learn to think critically about their work and the work of others by applying their skills of analysis and critique.

The land on which The Leo Baeck Day School stands is located on the traditional territory of many nations including the Mississaugas of the Credit, the Anishnabeg, the Chippewa, the Haudenosaunee and the Wendat peoples and is now home to many diverse First Nations, Inuit and Métis peoples. Toronto is covered by Treaty 13 and is part of the Dish With One Spoon Treaty to share the land between the Anishnabeg and the Haudenosaunee nations. Read more information.
