The Leo Baeck Parents' Association
The Leo Baeck Parents' Association is an active, vibrant volunteer committee of the Board of Trustees whose role is to provide the school with services and programs that benefit the students, parents, school and administrative bodies.
We are the largest committee of the Board with over 200 members. The Parents' Association is run by Chairs representing the North and South Campus, and each having their own Executive. Together we represent the interests of the Leo Baeck Day School. Our role is to oversee the planning, strategic direction and financial management. Our Executives work with a large and active Full Council to carry out its mandate. For each program or service that we offer, we have a Full Council member from each campus responsible for that area. Teacher representatives from each campus, as well as the Campus Principals and the School Director participate in our Full Council and act as liaisons between the Parents' Association and all of the staff.
The LBPA plays a key role in building positive school spirit. We provide the parent body with the means of being connected and an opportunity to be involved. This is accomplished by planning and executing Events, Services, Programs and Fundraising for the school.
Services
Services include:
- Volunteer Services - Volunteer Recruitment, Class Parent Program, and New Family Buddy Program
- In-School Services - Lunch Program, Challah Program, Lost & Found, Book Fair, and Car Pool.

- B’nei Mitzvah Registry & Bonding with Israel Program
