Welcome to the on-line home of The Leo Baeck Day
School. We are the only Reform Jewish day school
in Canada. The school has two campuses, one on
Atkinson Avenue in Thornhill and one at Holy
Blossom Temple in Toronto. We currently have over
800 children from Nursery to Grade
Eight across both campuses.

GetSMART Annual Campaign Exceeds Goal! Thank you to everyone who supported our first annual campaign in support of SMART Technology.
We exceeded our goal and raised $72,000 in total, with the generous matching gift from the Freedman family. Our students will benefit from 10 new SMART Boards, which will be in our classrooms
by the end of January, thanks to you. Click here for more information about the campaign.
As the final stage of their Tikkun Olam Project, Grade Six students sorted more than 1000 pounds of food for Toronto’s needy at the North York Harvest Food Bank. During the month of December, the Grade 6s collected over 2300 pounds of non-perishable food items from the entire school, and graphed the donations as a link between the Community and Service Area of Interaction and their math curriculum.
