Fern Glowinsky
Fern Glowinsky, Senior Vice President, General Counsel & Corporate Secretary of Moneris Solutions Corporation, has served on the Board since 2008. She has served as Secretary and Vice-President and has chaired the Governance Committee for two years. Fern graduated from the Joint LLB/MBA Program with a Bachelor of Laws from Osgoode Hall Law School and a Masters of Business Administration from the Schulich School of Business. Fern also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Western Ontario and was called to the Ontario Bar in 1997. Fern was a founding member of the Technology Division of United Jewish Appeal. She also sat on the Steering Committee of AidsBeat, a legal community fundraiser to benefit the Canadian Foundation for Aids Research and served on the Child & Youth Services Committee at Jewish Family & Child Services. Fern chaired the Community Support Committee at Moneris for two years and founded Moneris' Environmental Committee. Fern and her husband Ian are members of Holy Blossom Temple and their sons Leo and Cole are in Grade 3 at the South Campus.
