Dr. Richard Davis
Dr. Richard Davis, Partner at RHR International, is a management psychologist specializing in executive assessment and development. Richard is a Leo Baeck alumnus ('76-‘84) and currently sits on the Governance Committee. He is author of the bestselling business book, The Intangibles of Leadership, and is a regular contributor in the media, including Harvard Business Review, Wall Street Journal, and the Globe and Mail. He received his M.A. at Boston University, and his Ph.D. at York University. Previously, Richard chaired the Governance Committee at JVS Toronto and was also a Board member of Delisle Youth Services. He also sits on a committee of the Canadian Venture Capital and Private Equity Association (CVCA). He has served on the Board for four years. Richard and his wife Eva are members of Temple Sinai and have three children, two already at Leo Baeck.
